A key to serving our community is through our proprietary web application 1CALL Cloud. 1CALL Cloud allows our tenants to submit requests and follow the life cycle of each request with our various teams, like facilities maintenance, housekeeping, security, technology or signage to name a few.
This system not only provides a way for us to serve our tenants, but also allows our teams to internally collaborate and improve the systems and performance that we value.
